While we are happy to be able to offer a more comprehensive service, we are maintaining our focus on the safety and wellbeing of all our patients and colleagues, so please read the notes below to see how we are working hard to keep us all safe.




BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT

We’re doing things a bit differently at the moment so please take a moment to read the points below.


BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
We are operating an appointment only system for all eye care and hearing care services.


We are maintaining social distancing and request that you bring only 1 family member along with you and, of course, wear your masks.  Hand sanitisers are available throughout the practice, a staff member will offer some to you upon entry and will take your temperature.  If your temperature is high, we will advise you to go home and call NHS 111 for advice.


If you are deaf or hard of hearing, please let us know and our colleagues can remove their masks to make communication easier.


Our doors will remain locked for now, so please just knock and we'll let you in. 


CLEANING BETWEEN PATIENTS
The consulting room and dispensing areas and equipment are cleaned between patients, so you may be asked to wait a few minutes while we complete this task. All spectacles frames are sanitised after they have been touched or tried on so you can be assured that any frames you try are clean


PART TIME HOURS
Practices are open part time at the moment, so while we will do our best to accommodate you at your chosen location, we may offer you an appointment at a nearby practice.

IMPORTANT – PLEASE DO NOT BOOK if you or any member of your household has COVID-19 symptoms. If you have suspected or confirmed COVID-19, please wait a minimum of 14 days before booking and appointment. This is for the safety of our customers and colleagues.
